Refund Policy

Any recurring subscription purchase may be canceled at anytime. CLO will be happy to refund the balance of any cancelled subscription terms. For example, a user who purchases a twelve month plan at $149.95 would be entitled to a refund of $75, if he chose to cancel his plan after six months. Files purchased from the bulk downloads page are not eligible for a refund.

Privacy Policy

CLO values your privacy very seriously and will do its best to keep your personal information private and safe from harm or abuse. No user information is provided to 3rd party companies. CLO is against spam and does not actively maintain any user email lists, nor does it distrubute any email newsletters to its users.
