1. Note Raphael’s use of bìng to emphasize that something definitely isn’t the case:

a. Wǒmen bìng shì yào jiāo nǐmen zěnme diǎn cài .

b. Qíshí zhège cài de zuòfǎ hěn jiǎndān bìng fùzá .

2. In this lesson, Kirin uses the emphatic particle Āiyo to express dismay. Knowing about these expressions and when they are used is part of the learning Chinese process, so pay attention to them when you see them.
