1. Kèchéng can refer to a course in general or a specific lesson (as determined by context). We see Raphael use it in the line Zài jīntiān de kèchéng zhōng ,wǒmen yào tǎolùn jiāo Zhōngwén de fāngfǎ .
2. We have introduced the word nòng before in lesson 213, however it is used in a different manner in kěyǐ bāng nǐmen bǎ Zhōngwén zuì nán de bùfèn nòng de gèng qīngchǔ . Here it is used in a “do / make” context.
3. Note the sentence pattern being used in: Zhè yàng nǐmen kěyǐ yībiān tīng, yībiān kàn . It literally means “This way you can one side listen, one side look.”
4. Note the expanded usage of Duì…lái shuō in:
a. Suǒyǐ duì hěnduō mǔyǔ shì Yīngwén de rén lái shuō ,xué Zhōngwén zhēnde hěn nán .
b. Wǒ juéde duì liànxí kàn Zhōngwén zì lái shuō ,zhè shì yīge hěn bàng de fāngfǎ .
5. Note the use of lái in the following sentences:
a. Nǐmen kěyǐ xiān yòng zhège gōngnéng bǎ zìjǐ de shēngyīn lù xià lái . Here the xià lái suggests “recording the voice down”.
b. Bǎ nǐmen zìjǐ de xiǎngfǎ gēn yìsi shuō chūlái . Here, the chūlái suggests expressing the thoughts in an outward manner.
6. Note the ways to change express change using biàn :
a. Nǐmen tīnglì de bùfèn yīnggāi kěyǐ biàn de bǐjiào hǎo .
b. Rúguǒ wǒmen de wǎngzhàn biàn de hěn wúliáo
c. Ràng wǒměn wǎngzhàn lǐ de yīxiē xuéxí xìtǒng biàn de gèng hǎo .
