1. Kèchéng was defined in this lesson as meaning “course.” However, it can also be used to refer to a particular lesson. In general however, kèchéng tends to refer to a bigger version of kè .
2. Shēngcí and Dāncí tend to be used in mainland China and Northern China, while Shēngzì and Dānzì tend to be used in southern regions.
3. Kirin used the phrase Wǒmen zài dì yī èr jí . She could also have used gēn and said wǒmen zài dì yī gēn dì èr jí .
4. In this lesson we learned how to use děng děng . An alternate way to say “etcetera” is to say shénme de in the same way děng děng is used.
