Adam: Great, so let’s begin by reviewing the lines from our last lesson.亞當：偉大的，所以讓我們首先回顧了線，從我們的最後一課。

Adam: So we’ve seen all these words before.亞當：所以，我們已經看到所有這些詞之前。

Adam: Do you remember what the verb亞當：你還記得什麼動詞 xiǎng xiǎng means on its own?手段，對自己的？ It means “to think” so that gives us a literal translation of “I think go look look.” You’ll commonly see a pattern of words repeating like this to soften the meaning.這意味著"思" ，使之為我們提供一個直譯的"我想去找看看， "你可以看到，常見的格局，也就是說在重複這樣軟化的意思。 So for example if I said:所以舉例來說，如果我說：
Kirin:麒麟： Wǒ wǒ xiǎng xiǎng qù qù kàn kàn . 。
Adam: That could mean “I think I’ll go look.” If I said:亞當：這可能意味著： "我想我會去看看， "如果我說：
Kirin:麒麟： Wǒ wǒ xiǎng xiǎng qù qù kàn kàn kan 根 . 。
Adam: That becomes “I think I’ll take a look.”亞當：即變成"我想我會考慮一下" 。

Adam: The man then replies:亞當：該名男子當時答复：

Adam: The亞當： nà 捺 word here is used twice with two different meanings.字在這裡是用兩次，有兩個不同的含義。 In the first instance it can be translated as “in that case” while in the second instance it has the meaning of “that.”在一審，可以翻譯為"在這種情況下" ，而在第二種情況是有所指的"說" 。
Kirin:麒麟： Hǎo, hǎo ， nà 捺 wǒmen wǒmen qù qù hòumiàn hòumiàn nà 捺 jiā jiā cāntīng cāntīng kàn kàn kan 根 . 。
Adam: So the literal translation here based on what we know is: “Ok, in that case we go back that restaurant take a look.”亞當：所以直譯在此基礎上，我們知道的是： "好吧，在這種情況下，我們回去說，餐廳考慮一下" 。

Adam: Or “Ok, in that case we’ll go the restaurant behind us and take a look.”亞當： "好，在這種情況下我們就要餐廳後面，我們來看看" 。
Kirin:麒麟： Hǎo, hǎo ， nà 捺 wǒmen wǒmen qù qù hòumiàn hòumiàn nà 捺 jiā jiā cāntīng cāntīng kàn kàn kan 根 . 。
Adam: The woman then says:亞當：該名女子，然後說：
Adam: We’ve seen亞當：我們已經看到 zǒu zǒu before in lesson 42 in the words:在之前的教訓，在42個字：
Adam: What did that mean?亞當：是什麼意思呢？ It meant “to go on foot.”它指的是"到腳" 。
Adam: So亞當：這麼 zǒu zǒu here means “to go.” The這裡就是"去" ba 廣管局 particle is commonly added to the end of sentences to form a suggestion.粒子是常見的末尾增加刑期，形成一個建議。 So by saying:這麼說：
Adam: You’re suggesting “Let’s go.”亞當：你暗示， "讓我們去" 。

Hǎo, hǎo ， nà 捺 wǒmen wǒmen qù qù hòumiàn hòumiàn nà 捺 jiā jiā cāntīng cāntīng kàn kàn kan 根 . 。
Zǒu zǒu ba 廣管局 . 。

Adam: meaning “in front of” and亞當：意思是"前面的人"
