Why do we use 的 here?

Hi Layla,
That sentence can also be said without the 的, in which case the sentence would end with “they will really like you.” With the 的 it currently ends with “they will really like your”. There is an implied “personality” at the end that they are liking.
So the sentence could also be: 你那么亲切我相信老板跟客人一定都会很喜欢你的个性.
