   Great lesson Very much looking forward to seeing the yoga video! Learning Chinese at the same time as learning to Relax sounds like a good mixture!

   Hello: FYI, I could not access your lesson today. I only got “buffering” when I tried to listen. The download normally has no problems. Other websites are working fine.
