   Great lesson Very much looking forward to seeing the yoga video! Learning Chinese at the same time as learning to Relax sounds like a good mixture!

   Hello: FYI, I could not access your lesson today. I only got “buffering” when I tried to listen. The download normally has no problems. Other websites are working fine.

   Hi Bob, Sorry there were some temporary problems that have now been fixed. The yoga video should be posted in the next day too!
