Regarding the sentence:
“Wǒ xiǎng yào lái kàn nǐ xīnde bàngōngshì.”
This looks like:
“I want to come see your office” (indicating a future action)
Rather than:
“I wanted to come see your office”
Can you explain something about the grammar here?
Can this sentence also be said as:
Wǒ xiǎng yào kàn nǐ xīnde bàngōngshì.
(I want to see your new office.)
Or:
Wǒ lái zhèlǐ kàn nǐ xīnde bàngōngshì le.
(I came here to see your new office.)
Or:
Wǒ zài zhèr kàn nǐ xīnde bàngōngshì.
(I am here to see your new office.)

Hi Luobot,
The tense is indicated by context. The girl has arrived at the office and by saying “I want to come see your office” we can translate that as “I wanted to come see your office.” Had she made the comment to the man away from the office, it could have the former translation.
As for your other examples:
1. Wǒ xiǎng yào kàn nǐ xīnde bàngōngshì.
Yes you can say it this way - removing the “come.”
2. Wǒ lái zhèlǐ kàn nǐ xīnde bàngōngshì le.
The le particle at the end isn’t needed. The present tense context has already been set.
3. Wǒ zài zhèr kàn nǐ xīnde bàngōngshì.
Yes, no problems here.
Regarding the le, here’s another example
Wǒ zhīqián xiǎng yào qù kàn nǐ xīnde bàngōngshì kěshì xiànzài bù xiǎng le.
This translates to “I wanted to go see your new office before, but now I don’t.” The le here indicates a change in situation as the person has changed his mind. Here the context is added to form the past tense with the zhīqián.
