  1. Bazza 白锐 Says:

Thanks for the cool card Adam, it arrived today. :)

  2. Bazza 白锐 Says:

Adam, I think I’ve worked out your written Chinese, is this?

  3. Kirin Says:

    Bazza,

Says:

Says:

  6. Bazza 白锐 Says:

  7. Brent Says:

I have noticed that when Heidi reads the drink price at the end of the lesson, she says er2 bai3, but when Kirin reads the price she says liang3 bai3. Is it correct then to assume that in mainland China er2 bai3 is used, while in Taiwan liang3 bai3 is used to say “two hundred”?

  8. Adam Says:

Good catch Brent! Yes, in mainland China they do sometimes read it as er4bai3. This form is rarely used in Taiwan however.
