Hi, in the video I have real difficulty understanding parts of the conversation as it doesn’t seem to match the dialogue, especially the part after she asks for the cola (about eating in or taking away). Is this just very fast speech, or are they actually saying something different?

Hi Edward,
It goes something like this:
A: Huānyíng guānglín. Qǐngwèn, nǐ xūyào shénme?
B: Wǒ yào yíge jīròu hànbǎo.
A: Nà, xūyào yǐnliào ma?

The speakers are encouraged to speak as they would normally, so the idea is for you to get practice hearing how it might sound in real life.
