Can’t you also use the expression, “dian(3) cai(4)” as well as dian can? ألا يمكنك ايضا استخدام تعبير "ديان (3) كاي (4)" وكذلك ديان يمكن؟ (Sorry, I don’t have the ability to type characters on this computer). (عفوا ، انا لا تملك القدرة على نوع الحروف على هذا الكمبيوتر). Is there any big difference between the two? هل هناك فرق كبير بين الاثنين؟

Good point! نقطة جيدة! My understanding is that ‘cān’ refers more to dining so “Wǒ kěyǐ bāng nǐ diǎn cān” could be translated as “I’ll help you order.” “Diǎn cài” refers more to a specific dish, so “Wǒ kěyǐ bāng nǐ diǎn cài” is more towards “I’ll help you order a dish.” I’ll confirm with Kirin. انا افهم ان 'cān' يشير الى المزيد من تناول الطعام حتى "wǒ kěyǐ bāng nǐ diǎn cān" يمكن ان تترجم "انا من أجل مساعدتك". "Diǎn cài" يشير اكثر الى صحن محدد ، بحيث "wǒ kěyǐ bāng nǐ Diǎn cài "هو اكثر نحو" اننى سوف تساعدك على طبق من النظام. "انا مع تأكيد شركة كيرين. Thanks for bringing this up! شكرا لجلب هذا يصل!
