There was a mistake in the original lesson as sāichē was explained as having a falling tone when it is in fact a high tone. I think the translation “traffic” is wrong, it should be “traffic jam”. Je pense que la traduction "trafic" est fausse, elle doit être "embouteillage". So: Donc:
traffic jam = 塞車 sāichē or 堵車 dǔchē Embouteillage =塞车sāichē ou堵车dǔchē
traffic = 交通 jiāotōng Trafic =交通jiāotōng

Good point - in English “traffic” and “traffic jam” are sometimes used interchangeably whereas there are separate words in Chinese. Bon point - en anglais «trafic» et «embouteillage» sont parfois utilisés de manière interchangeable alors que séparer les mots en chinois. Thanks!
