Hello again,
I’ve found another small problem with the Flashcards.
I’ve found that some of the audio questions never finish loading, the answers are greyed out and the ‘play’ button keeps playing the previous word. I remember now that this happened with lesson 3’s audio questions, but I forgot to say anything then, and now there’s a word from lesson 3 coming up with this lesson, so the problem has come back to haunt me. This only seems to be a problem with material from lesson 3, I’ve not had any problems with other lessons (up to this one, at least)
Thanks!
Ah, it looks like some of the answers for lesson 3 don’t have the audio associated with them. That’s why it’s playing the previous word’s audio which is causing problems. I’ll add the audio files for the missing words in the next couple of days, which should solve the problem.
Thanks again, and let me know if you come across anything else.
Ok Edward, I’ve updated the files so the problem should be fixed now. Let me know if anything else comes up.
Why is “le” placed like it is in: “Wu Sān yuè qù le Yīngguó” and not at the end? All the best/ Johan
Hi Johan,
Great question. “Wo Sān yuè qù le Yīngguó” means “I went to England in March” and am now back. “Wo Sān yuè qù Yīngguó le” means “I went to England in March” and am still there now.
你好Adam.
Instead of “请你自我介绍一下”, to ask someone to introduce himself, may I also say “请问,你可以自己介绍一下吗?”? Would it be right?
谢谢你。再见!
Hi Alessio,
You would have to say: 请问,你可以介绍你自己吗? Hope that helps!
Ni hǎo Adam, I was wondering if you could help me with this one. I want to say “jasmine tea” instead of chinese tea. I asked a friend of mine but she doesn´t know how to say that.

Hi Bibiana,
That would be mòlihuā chá (茉莉花茶)
