Very Nice this will be my new favorite podcast to listen to during my train ride to work. لطيف جدا وسيكون هذا بلدي المفضل بودكاست جديدة للاستماع الى بلدي أثناء ركوب القطار الى العمل. I just have one comment. لي تعليق واحد فقط.
Kiran sounds like she is a little to far away from the mic, which made it a little hard to figure out the pronunciation of some of the words. كيران يبدو مثل انها قليلا الى الان بعيدا عن هيئة التصنيع العسكري ، الامر الذي جعل من الصعب قليلا الى الرقم الى نطق بعض الكلمات. I really like when Adam pronounces the word because he sounds like he is a little closer to the mic. انا حقا مثل آدم عندما يلفظ كلمة لانه يبدو مثل فهو قليلا اقرب الى هيئة التصنيع العسكري.

I agree with Jorge Mendez. انني اتفق مع خورخي مينديز. I am a female with a deep voice and therefore, Adam’s voice is CLEARER to me for pronunciation. أنا أنثى مع صوت عميق وبالتالي ، هو آدم صوت اوضح لي لالنطق. For example, zia = zeeah OR xie xie = shyeah shyeah. على سبيل المثال ، ضياء = zeeah او كسي كسي = shyeah shyeah. I was doing this with lessons one and two. كنت افعله مع هذه الدروس احد واثنين. It helped me ALOT!! انها ساعدتني كثيرا!

Hi Pete. مرحبا بيت. Every 30 lessons, I will be increasing the difficulty slightly by adding more Chinese within the lesson. 30 كل الدروس ، وانا سوف يزيد من صعوبة قليلا باضافه اكثر الصينية داخل الدرس. Thanks for your reply; I’ve found that listening is definitely the hardest part for me, even after two years of serious study and many visits to China. شكرا لردك ؛ لقد وجد ان الاستماع هو بالتأكيد الجزء الاصعب بالنسبة لي ، حتى بعد سنتين من الدراسه الجاده وبعدة زيارات الى الصين. So many accents and different ways of saying things plus context is extremely important. هذا العدد الكبير من اللكنات وبطرق مختلفة من القول امور زائد السياق أمر في غاية الاهميه. By the way, how do you pay for this site? بواسطة الطريق ، وكيف يدفع لهذا الموقع؟ Premium subscribers? اقساط المشتركين؟ I don’t see many adds. انني لا ارى الكثير من يضيف.

This podcast is awesome. هذا هو بودكاست مرعبه. I’ve only been learning Mandarin for a week, so my pronunciation is still completely off, but using this podcast I’m improving ^_^ لقد قمت فقط كانت تعلم الافندي لمدة اسبوع ، حتى النطق لا يزال بلدي تماما حالا ، ولكن باستخدام هذا بودكاست انا تحسين ^ _ ^

The first word sounds like you are saying choo but the spelling zhu would make me think that it is supposed to sound like zoo…Why is this? الكلمه الاولى يبدو مثل انت تقول choo لكن هجاء تشو سوف تجعلني اعتقد انه من المفترض ان الصوت مثل حديقة الحيوان… ولماذا يحدث هذا؟ Am I hearing that correctly? أنا إن الاستماع بشكل صحيح؟ Is it supposed to sound like choo or zoo? هل من المفترض أن تبدو choo او حيوان؟

Hi Eric, مرحبا اريك ،
I would say that the version you are hearing is probably closer to a “joo” sound. اود ان اقول ان النسخه انت الاستماع ربما اقرب الى "جو" سليمة. Different speakers from different regions will have slightly different ways of pronouncing it. مختلف المتحدثين من مختلف المناطق سيكون لها بطرق مختلفة قليلا من اللفظ. In later lessons you will hear speakers from other regions as well, which will hopefully give you a better understanding of the different possibilities. في وقت لاحق من الدروس ستسمع المتحدثين من مناطق أخرى ايضا ، والتي يؤمل ان يوفر لك فهم افضل الاحتمالات المختلفة.

Can you put a Pinyin consonant and vowel pronunciation chart online that makes a more simplified and more actual conversion of the actual sound? هل يمكنك ان تضع بينيين تتوافق ونطق حرف العله الرسم البياني على الانترنت أن يجعل اكثر بساطة واكثر واقعيه تحويل الفعليه السليمه؟ I do not mean to be nit picking on an already established writing system, but it does not seem to me that the actual pronunciation matches the latin letters that are being used. لا اقصد ان الصابه على التقاط التي سبق وضعها نظام كتابه ، ولكن لا يبدو لي ان النطق الفعلي مباريات اللاتينية الرسائل التي يجري استخدامها.

I’m supposed to be going to Taiwan at the end of this month for a community tourism workshop. انا يفترض ان يكون التوجه الى تايوان في نهاية هذا الشهر لمجتمع السياحة حلقة العمل. The english statement I wish to translate to mandarin is: الانكليزي البيان اود ان تترجم الى الافندي هو :

My version says: Democratic Taiwan thinks more of people’s rights and freedoms than socialist countries. بلدي النسخه يقول : الديمقراطيه تايوان يعتقد اكثر من حقوق الناس وحرياتهم من البلدان الاشتراكيه.
Your version says: Free and democratic Taiwan upholds human rights while communist countries interfere with people’s rights and freedoms. الإصدار الخاص بك يقول : حرة وديمقراطيه تايوان يؤيد حقوق الانسان ، في حين ان البلدان الشيوعيه تتعارض مع حقوق الناس وحرياتهم.
